  2. Wait for the Shipment Notification email from us letting you know your product has been shipped
  3. Download the PDF tax invoice from the email
  4. Email your FurnitureOkay Tax Invoice to sales@crossray.com.au, and ask for the free HEATSTRIP Portable LPG Gas Outdoor Radiant Heater to be shipped to: 21/200 Boundary Road, Braeside VIC 3195
  5. Once we have received the heater, the $350 cashback will be issued in the form of a partial refund to your order
