For bulky & heavy items, unless Two-Person Delivery or Premium Delivery was selected, your order will be delivered to your kerbside/front door (ground floor only) or loading dock (in the case of multi-story). You may be required to assist the delivery driver with unloading the items from the delivery vehicle. We recommend inviting someone over to help. Two-Person Delivery or Premium Delivery is available for selected products in certain postcodes for an additional fee.
For non-bulky items, signature on delivery is required as most of our shipments contain high-value products. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package.
