We offer fast & reliable shipping with every order, no matter big or small. Shipping cost to your area is calculated and displayed on the cart page before check out.
For bulky & heavy items, unless Two-Person Delivery or Premium Delivery was selected, your order will be delivered to your kerbside/front door (ground floor only) or loading dock (in the case of multi-story). You may be required to assist the delivery driver with unloading the items from the delivery vehicle. We recommend inviting someone over to help. Two-Person Delivery or Premium Delivery is available for selected products in certain postcodes for an additional fee.
For non-bulky items, signature on delivery is required as most of our shipments contain high-value products. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. Otherwise, the carrier will leave a card advising you to schedule a new delivery or alternatively amend your delivery address.

Great one piece aluminium chairs, very comfortable.

The aluminium outdoor table is great, easy to clean with a bit of bicarb on a damp cloth. Something to check is knee space when not extended - the table folds under. Also the folded part of the table has holes so fills with water - I have covered it with thick plastic to keep it dry. Very happy with this purchase and expect to have it for many years.
