For bulky & heavy items, your order will be delivered to your front door (ground floor only) or loading dock (in the case of multi-story). For non-bulky items, deliveries may be left in a place deemed secure by the carrier if no one is available to accept the package. Signature on delivery is not required for service provided by these carriers. Otherwise, the carrier will leave a card advising you to schedule a new delivery or alternatively amend your delivery address.
