For bulky & heavy items, your order will be delivered to your front door (ground floor only) or loading dock (in the case of multi-story). For non-bulky items, deliveries may be left in a place deemed secure by the carrier if no one is available to accept the package. Signature on delivery is not required for service provided by these carriers. It's great. The stand is very sturdy and weighty, I'm sure it'll never blow over. The heater is a good size and belts out a nice heat. We had a windy evening the other might and found it not as good as on a nice cold still night.
