Wicker
- Remove loose debris with a soft-bristled brush
- Remove leaves and other debris trapped between wicker strands with a soft-bristled brush, or a vacuum cleaner with a small brush attachment
- For hard-to-reach spots, you could consider hosing down the wicker with a spray hose on low/moderate setting
- Using a soft-bristled brush with mild household soap and lukewarm water, gently scrub the surface clean of any remaining stains or grime
- Rinse the wicker and frame thoroughly and allow the furniture to air dry, preferably in the shade
For usage in an exposed environment, we recommend the Golden Care Texteline & Wicker Water-Repellent Protector to maximise the lifespan and prevent stains.
Fabrics
It is important to remove any spills or stains immediately. Spraying off the stain with a garden hose would usually remove a fresh stain.
For tougher stains, clean with a soft-bristled brush with mild household soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly with cold water and air dry.

For non-bulky items, deliveries may be left in a place deemed secure by the carrier if no one is available to accept the package. Signature on delivery is not required for service provided by these carriers. We purchased this dining setting a few years ago after doing a lot of research into the differences in quality. The help in answering our questions was exactly correct. This furniture is excellent quality. We also bought a lounge and coffee tables and none of them has become damaged or shown any signs or wear. We find the chairs very comfortable even with a full table. The storage under the table is handy for the grandchildren’s toys when they come over. Although we had to wait for it to arrive in Australia, it was worth the wait. It arrived in boxes and were very over packed.
I totally recommend this brand of furniture and Furniture OK.

I have this setting now for 3 years and they are still in pristine condition. The seat covers remove and wash easily and remain in perfect order, even with our pets sleeping on the cushions at times.
The quality is fantastic, no wear and tear. They have been kept undercover, and out of direct sunlight, so no fading of the Wicker PVC or cushion covers has taken place.

We purchased our outdoor dining table online during COVID restrictions. Nothing was too much trouble for Danie, who showed us the table in the warehouse online so we could see chairs around it. We have Three great grandchildren who visit us in our small villa and yesterday we sat hour adults and three children comfortably around our table.We also bought 4 Liverpool wicker dining chairs, and two Rosebud Wicker chairs from the Balcony Setting range. We absolutely love every piece of high quality furniture we purchased and recommend Danie and believe Furniture OK is a reliable and trustworthy supplier of quality goods.
