Metal
- Lightly spray the frame with a garden hose to wash away large pieces of dirt and debris
- Gently wipe the metal surface down with a soft or microfibre cloth soaked in water
- Rinse the cloth and repeat wiping with clean water
- Allow the furniture to air dry, preferably in the shade
Fabrics
It is important to remove any spills or stains immediately. Spraying off the stain with a garden hose would usually remove a fresh stain.
For tougher stains, clean with a soft-bristled brush with mild household soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly with cold water and air dry.
Stone
- Lightly spray the surface with a garden hose to wash away large pieces of dirt and debris
- Gently wipe the stone surface down with a soft or microfibre cloth soaked in water
- Rinse the cloth and repeat wiping with clean water
- Allow the furniture to air dry, preferably in the shade
For usage in an exposed environment, we recommend applying the Golden Care Natural & Composite Stone Protector every 6-12 months or as required, after the first initial year, to prevent stains and maintain the new look for longer. Note this is not required for sintered stone surface.

For bulky & heavy items, unless Two-Person Delivery or Premium Delivery was selected, your order will be delivered to your kerbside/front door (ground floor only) or loading dock (in the case of multi-story). You may be required to assist the delivery driver with unloading the items from the delivery vehicle. We recommend inviting someone over to help. Two-Person Delivery or Premium Delivery is available for selected products in certain postcodes for an additional fee.
For non-bulky items, signature on delivery is required as most of our shipments contain high-value products. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. Otherwise, the carrier will leave a card advising you to schedule a new delivery or alternatively amend your delivery address.

This table was very tricky to assemble. Fortunately, in the midst of assembling we had help from a professional flatpack assembler who so happened to be on site doing IKEA stuff for me. I took one star off because of the basic instructions and degree of assembly difficulty.
But, having this table for a year now I can say how thrilled I am with it. The movement up and down is so easy. I can stop the position anywhere I want. It is absolutely perfect for my apartment balcony - as a coffee table, and a full height dining table. I get many oohs and aahs from visitors. The unit is also very well made and sturdy. As a retired interior designer, I can highly recommend it.
