Wicker

1. Remove loose debris with a soft-bristled brush
2. Remove leaves and other debris trapped between wicker strands with a soft-bristled brush, or a vacuum cleaner with a small brush attachment
3. For hard-to-reach spots, you could consider hosing down the wicker with a spray hose on low/moderate setting
4. Using a soft-bristled brush with mild household soap and lukewarm water, gently scrub the surface clean of any remaining stains or grime
5. Rinse the wicker and frame thoroughly and allow the furniture to air dry, preferably in the shade

For usage in an exposed environment, we recommend the Golden Care Texteline & Wicker Water-Repellent Protector to maximise the lifespan and prevent stains.

Tempered glass

1. Lightly spray the surface with a garden hose to wash away large pieces of dirt and debris
2. Gently wipe the glass surface down with a soft or microfibre cloth soaked in water
3. Rinse the cloth and repeat wiping with clean water
4. Allow the furniture to air dry, preferably in the shade

For bulky & heavy items, your order will be delivered to your front door (ground floor only) or loading dock (in the case of multi-story). You may be required to assist the delivery driver with unloading the items from the delivery vehicle. We recommend inviting someone over to help. For non-bulky items, deliveries may be left in a place deemed secure by the carrier if no one is available to accept the package. Signature on delivery is not required for service provided by these carriers. Otherwise, the carrier will leave a card advising you to schedule a new delivery or alternatively amend your delivery address.
