For bulky & heavy items, unless Two-Person Delivery or Premium Delivery was selected, your order will be delivered to your kerbside/front door (ground floor only) or loading dock (in the case of multi-story). You may be required to assist the delivery driver with unloading the items from the delivery vehicle. We recommend inviting someone over to help. Two-Person Delivery or Premium Delivery is available for selected products in certain postcodes for an additional fee.
For non-bulky items, signature on delivery is required as most of our shipments contain high-value products. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. Otherwise, the carrier will leave a card advising you to schedule a new delivery or alternatively amend your delivery address.

It provides good shade which is important in the evenings when the sun is low and hot. It is hard to move up and down.

We bought the Coolaroo Fairhaven gazebo (with two privacy screens) almost five years ago. As it comes up to the end of the warranty period it is still "like new". Besides the odd cobweb and some dust, it'd be hard to tell that it wasn't put up a couple of months ago. Very happy with the quality. As per the warnings, the screens do blow of the rails in strong winds, but they are easy to put back in again. Some silicon spray on the tracks every year keeps them sliding smoothly. We deliberately paid more than the cheaper versions out there on the market, not only because it came with a much longer warranty, but because the build quality seemed better. Would 100% buy again.
